As current morning host at KPFK 90.7 FM (Los Angeles) and WBAI (New York) for the Pacifica Radio Network, Harrison hosts “The Cary Harrison Files” — a weekly program of political satire, investigative interviews, and cultural criticism that has developed a devoted following across public radio and podcast platforms.
His career has taken him through the top Television & Radio broadcast markets in the country: CBS News Chicago (WMAQ-AM), SiriusXM (where he founded America’s first LGBTQ+ network morning show on OutQ), national syndications (3x), Air America, CNN International, The History Channel (five productions, multiple characters), ESPN, ESPN2, A&E, TBS, PBS, HERE TV, Fox TV, ABC, and CBS. As a former news director, he created “Reality Bites” — satirical sound vignettes as the antidote to
political doublespeak — which drove his Rock-n-Roll morning show to number one before landing in national syndication on CBS Radio as “Reality Checks.”
His film and documentary work includes “Fools on the Hill,” “The Last War Crime,” and “Equation of Change,” among others.

- Radio’s Cary Harrison was awarded Vanderbilt University’s distinguished Siegenthaler Award for integrity, intelligence, and courage in the field of journalism.

Founder of Cosmos Creative TV, She studied at Oxford University and trained as a lawyer under the Chief Prosecutor at the UN for the Special Court of Sierra Leone that indicted war criminal Charles Taylor. Renèe served as a reporter for the international law news organization, Impunity Watch, and was a Medical-Legal Law Fellow at Syracuse advocating for patients with unique legal needs.
